“I contacted Sacred Space Funeral Home & Cremation on the advice of my mom's hospice provider 2-3 days before my mom passed. Barry was so patient and kind during the completion of paperwork, and took the time to get all the details just right. I can't say enough how much I appreciate compassionate service at a difficult time like this when all you want to do is focus on your loved one. Thank you for your attention and follow through to ensure everything took place the way it was intended.”

“I am so thankful that I found this funeral home on line. I had not looked at reviews prior to selecting them and had to arrange a service for my dear father who passed away in December 2025. I contacted Barry (owner) and from the first phone call I found him to be personable, compassionate and understanding of the circumstances and explained everything that needed to be done so that there was no extra stress. We had to arrange a service in 2 days since a lot of family was coming out of town. Barry got everything expedited and was available instantaneously for any extra questions that we had. The location of ceremony was also ideal and peaceful. He was there for the cremation and that was also special. I was so pleased with his service that I contacted Barry again a week ago so that we could do the ceremony for scattering of my father‘s ashes in Santa Cruz. We have scattered the ashes today and once again, everything was done seamlessly and Barry (along with staff), made the ceremony memorable and very peaceful. The service provided both times was more than superb. This funeral home has a rating beyond 5 stars!!”

“When my father passed, I was unsure of how to coordinate a traditional Hindu cremation service. Barry and Veronica at Sacred space did an excellent job of listening and supporting my vision and exceeded my expectations for my father’s funeral. They covered every detail with such ease and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. When it came to the releasing of his ashes, they had my father’s ashes packed nicely in the urn I chose and we transported it over to Santa Cruz and were met by a wonderful team that took us out on a gorgeous yacht. This whole experience was so beautiful and I can’t thank Barry and his team enough. God bless all of you. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.”

“I called sacred space funeral home the night my brother passed away unexpectedly and Barry was incredibly kind and empathetic in not only receiving my phone call so late, but explaining the entire process and walking me through everything. I have zero experience in funeral planning and I have no idea how I would have been able to navigate this experience without his help. He was able to make arrangements and allow us to have the burial day on a specific date we had wanted. He was there for every step of the way. He was also really experienced in understanding how different cultures handle funerals. Honestly I wish I could review this place more than 5 stars bc they deserve it”
